Councilman Randy Schultz

I was elected to the City Council from the Second Ward for my first term beginning in 2010. I currently serve on the Street and Sanitation, Public Safety, and Sewer Committees.

I have lived in Keokuk County most of my life. My wife, Deb, and I have three adult daughters. I attended Sigourney Schools and IHCC. In 1976, I returned to Sigourney to work as a Field Representative for Kingsberry Homes. I was employed by the Keokuk County Road Dept. as an Engineering Tech for over sixteen years. Since 1999, I have worked from a home office as a Business Agent for the IUPAT. My work in the public sector involves many cities, counties and school districts throughout southern Iowa. The combination of my construction knowledge and ongoing experience with public entities will help guide my decisions as a member of the Sigourney City Council. I look forward to serving our community in this capacity.
