Remembering Why It’s The Fourth of July!
Many thanks go to the organizing committee for our annual Fourth of July festivities. It was a wonderful funfilled weekend. Thanks to Melissa, Mitzi and Amy for all the organizing and planning. Thanks also to the volunteers. Our celebration could not happen without volunteers who give their time to make sure the various activities go on without a problem. I hope you had a chance to participate, to visit, to enjoy. The parade was terrific. Thanks Dan for starting the parade. Congratulations to Grand Marshalls Clarence and Rosemary Appleget. They are wonderful honorees!
The Atwood Fun Run was great; lots of participants. Thanks Norm and all the volunteers that make the run a terrific event.
If you had a favorite event, let me know. We know there is room for improvement, there always is. But if you have a suggestion, forward it on, and make sure you are ready to implement your idea.
