Dumpsters
/We are delivering dumpsters again to the residents. If you need one please call 641-622-3080. You may keep them for one week. If there is not a demand for dumpsters and you need it longer just call and let us know. But if we have a waiting list we will have to pick it up and bring you another one at a later date.
It cost $25 every time we empty the dumpster.
Golf Cart
/All golf carts and need to be registered for the 2024 year. Once we get your insurance card and $25 fee we will send you your new 2024 tag. Just a reminder that you have to have a slow moving triangle and orange bicycle flag on either golf cart.
Compost
/Compost site is now closed for the season. It closed on December 1st, 2023.
